BALLET

Ballet enhances core strength, posture, flexibility and develops a sense of dance movement, physical discipline, fitness and extension.

We follow the ISTD Classical Ballet syllabus which aims to educate by providing a progressive awareness of the culture and technique of Classical Ballet through which our students will follow a graded programme of training and assessment. Providing a form of physical training that is safe, working both sides of the body evenly alongside the development of artistic and musical appreciation.
