This class will draw upon the fundamental elements of contemporary dance, including natural use of weight, moving powerfully on the floor and standing and exaggerated use of the spine and limbs; creating strong and emotive dancers. IncorporatIng all of this into sequences and routine, whilst working to maximise each individual’s unique qualities and nurture a more lyrical sense of performance.
